How much time until my order is shipped?

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day. 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the U.S. and its territories, but we're working hard to expand to other countries! Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to keep up with all future announcements.

What carriers do you use to ship my order?

We use USPS to help get your bra to you as fast as possible and at the lowest cost.

What shipping services do you offer?

Currently we offer USPS First Class (3-5 days) and Priority (2-3 days)

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment details and a tracking number. If you have an account with us, you can also look up your tracking number using the following steps: 
1) Click on "My Account" at the top of the page
2) Log in to your account
3) Click on "My Orders" on the left-side menu
4) Find the correct order on the right and click on "VIEW ORDER"
5) Click on the "Order Shipments" tab
6) You can either click on "Track this shipment" on the right OR use the tracking number and track it manually through the USPS website.

RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

BRAS - All of our bras are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days of ship date, no questions asked. Bras must have been purchased through Bestform.com. They must also be returned in their original condition - unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.
 

RETURNS PROCESS

Once you submit your return request in the contact form on our website:
1) One of our customer service representatives will first approve your claim. Please allow between 5-10 business days to process the return.
2) We will e-mail you a USPS return label to print out.
3) Affix the label to the package and ship it back.
 

RETURN CHARGES

We do not charge you any restocking fee or return shipping charges for returning a bra.
 

REFUND

We will reimburse you for all of the merchandise and all the applicable sales taxes, minus the original shipping costs.
